Summary
Braidcarr is a cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage (sleeps 4), in the old part of Seahouses. Tranquilly located, the cottage is a few minutes walk from the harbour and all the facilities of this charming fishing village. We have owned Braidcarr since 2003 and maintain it to a very high standard. In 2017 we completely redecorated the cottage and installed a new, stylish and contemporary bathroom with Arran Aromatics toiletries. In 2022 we installed a new kitchen, new flooring downstairs, new lighting, and a new programmable heating system. Braidcarr is ideal for small families and couples. 
Ground Floor 
Large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with good quality furnishings, original art work, WiFI, Smart-TV, DVD, CD player, Sonos music system, and telephone. The kitchen is very well equipped for a keen cook: with integrated Bosch oven and microwave, Bosch induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, Nespresso Coffee machine etc.
In the hallway, there is an additional WC with hand-basin.
First Floor
The Master Bedroom is very large with a luxurious king size bed, Egyptian cotton bedding and lots of storage space.  The Twin Bedroom has plenty of room for 2 adults or 2 children, with wardrobe and bedside cabinet. It also features crisp, white Egyptian cotton bedding.  The contemporary and stylish bathroom (new in 2017) includes large bath, power shower (over bath), WC, hand-basin, heated towel rail and vanity units.
